Tosveena’s primary role at ABPDU is financial management stewardship. Her major resource management responsibilities typically include budget preparation, budget execution and closeout, as well as financial consulting and advisory services. Prior to her work at ABPDU, she was Cost Analyst at Bio-Rad Laboratories in Hercules. Her work involved financial cost, manufacturing, and operational analysis for one of the largest manufacturing plants.
