As a Senior Plant/Facilities Engineering Associate within the ABPDU team, David optimizes the infrastructure that accelerates next-generation bioprocesses toward commercialization. He ensures the seamless operation, reliability, and safety of our state-of-the-art scale-up facility to keep critical bioeconomy research moving forward.
Prior to joining ABPDU, he supported the fermentation department at Amyris, Inc. by managing service contracts and equipment repairs. Specifically, he has overseen laboratory expansion projects and directed the procurement, sourcing, and commissioning of sophisticated bioreactor networks and associated auxiliary equipment.
