Given below is a link to bioreactor data obtained from a campaign conducted as a part of the Feedstock Conversion Interface Consortium (FCIC). These are sample fermentation process datasets from Rhodosporidium toruloides studies conducted on different feedstocks provided by the FCIC. The Rhodo strains were generated by John Gladden’s group as a part of the Agile BioFoundry consortium. Both the consortia are funded by the Bioenergy Technologies Office, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Department of Energy.
