Whether you are just learning the basics, or seeking out more advanced tools and approaches, all are welcome.
Hosted by TEA experts at the Joint BioEnergy Institute (JBEI) and the Advanced BioProcess Development Unit (ABPDU), this free online workshop will cover:
– The basics of conducting a TEA
– Models, tools, and datasets available at Berkeley Lab and beyond, including BioC2G and Project PISCES
– What input data is required for a meaningful analysis
– How approaches to conducting a TEA can differ depending on your audience
The first hour (12:00-1:00 PM Pacific Time) will be an optional Q&A session to provide an opportunity for more discussion on Project PISCES. The main workshop will take place from 1:00-3:00 PM Pacific Time. We will still have time for Q&A during the main workshop. Please contact emilyscott@lbl.gov with any questions.
JBEI is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Bioenergy Research Center. ABPDU is supported by DOE’s Alternative Fuels and Feedstocks Office.
